Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

Only a 15 minute drive to the New Forest and walking distance to Bournemouth beach. Coast features an enclosed garden which offers magnificent sea and coastal views and so does the master bedroom.

Direct access to the water, Kayaks available for hire. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have sea views and share a balcony. All 5 bedrooms have en-suites and the master bedroom has a freestanding bath overlooking the sea. It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.

Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.

The Cedarwoods is a unique and luxurious space for up to five guests and a dog (additional pet fee applies), to stay and relax on the edge of the New Forest and close to the beach. With a private, outdoor space benefitting the last of the evening sun you can relax on the terrace to watch the sunset with a bbq, drink and some music of your choice whilst planning your next adventure.
