The apartment has been recently renovated and it is situated above a local winery, Dacapo Cà ed Balos, which will make your stay even more special. Casa Statiella è vicina al centro città di Acqui Terme ed a solo 500 mt dalla zona termale e dalla sua grande piscina ed è un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le ricchezze enogastronomiche, storiche e naturalistiche dell'Alto Monferrato. In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Residenza Della Bollente I

The apartment is located on the main square of the city in Palazzo Scati. Palazzo, founded on the ruins of a Roman amphitheater and pre-existing medieval buildings, belonged since 1614 to the Scati family, recognized as one of the oldest noble families of Acqui Terme. Thanks to careful restoration in 2025, all of the building's authentic elements were preserved. The building was declared a Special Cultural Heritage Site.
