Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Egen stuga med plats för 1-3 personer. Soffa och liten matplats och litet pentry med mikro, kokplatta och kylskåp. Liten dusch och toalett. Hela stugan är på 15 kvm. Stugan ligger på villatomt med skyddat läge. Parkeringsplats på tomt. Tv-skärm med chromecast. Sängen är 120 cm bred och överslafen är 90 cm. Ca 4 min promenad till busshållplats. Buss till Huddinge C ca 10 min, därefter ca en kvart med pendeltåg till Stockholm. Buss till Södertörns högskola/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 min.

Modernt nytt gästhus beläget i strålande söderläge alldeles vid strandkanten. Huset har fullt utrustat kök, bra wifi, ett badrum med tvättmaskin/torktumlare, sovrum samt loft. I direkt anslutning finns två terrasser och framför huset en gräsmatta varifrån man kan doppa fötterna i Mälaren. Parkering finns och det är 250 m till busshållplatsen. Boendet är sista huset på en lugn återvändsgata. Perfekt utgångspunkt för utflyktsmål som Birka , Drottningsholm (10 km), Stockholm City (21 km)
