Milton Ave is a 5-minute walk from Margate High Street and a 15-minute stroll from the Turner Contemporary and Margate's sandy beaches. The popular resorts of Broadstairs and Ramsgate are a 15-minute drive away, while Margate Station is a 15-minute walk from the house. The house offers accommodation for up to 4 guests. The rooms measure approximately 9' x 12'10" (2.7 m x 3.9 m), while the bathroom measures approximately 8' x 6' (2.4 m x 1.8 m), providing ample space for your relaxation.

Swoon-worthy (& ethical) loft in Margate Old Town

Welcome to my bright loft apartment. The flat is a bit of a show-off; it's not only very spacious and modern but featuring so many skylights, it's drenched in light, making it a beautiful spot to relax in. Owner-occupied (though I won’t be there), it’s a quiet and safe space, with a freestanding tub & a huge monsoon style shower & balcony to enjoy. Located on the edge of the old town, it’s near to restaurants, bars and independent stores, and just two mins away from the beach and Turner.

Beautiful beachside apartment

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

No. 7 by the Sea is a holiday apartment, providing a great home from home experience, with amazing views out to sea and of the iconic Margate Lido. The 1 bed apartment offers a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom, and even a sun terrace. Margate Old Town and Cliftonville are both just a ten minute walk away with a whole host of restaurants and shops to explore along the way.

Opposite Margate's Winter Gardens with stunning sea views, just a few hundred yards from the Turner Gallery, Old Town, Harbour Arm and beach. We are a short walk from central Margate with all its bars and restaurants. Dreamland and Margate Station are less than a mile away.

Sandy Feet Cottage (prev., Fisherman’s Cottage)

Tucked away in a courtyard this newly refurbished one bedroom grade 2 listed cottage is situated in the heart of Broadstairs minuteaway from the beach. Refurbished to a high standard with high quality products. The cottage has a sofa bed in the lounge that makes the cottage sleep 4. The stairs for the cottage are very steep but are the traditional stairs for the cottage.

Spread over three floors above a florists, it comprises two bedrooms each with en suite, and seaviews. And an open plan kitchen / living area on the top floor with lovely views across the Old Town to Dreamland. Directly opposite and about 50 feet from the front door is the Turner Gallery.
