This is a light filled loft on a hill with seasonal peeks of the ocean. This is a quiet, multi-family home that is owner occupied plus we have other long-term tenants. We invite quiet guests who are looking for a relaxing retreat - in between daytime excursions.! We are within walking distance to the boardwalk, shops, restaurants, parks, and public transportation.
