Nel giardino troverete Wendy, un amichevole Labrador giocherellone che si farà adottare da voi per la durata della vostra vacanza, e alcuni gatti. Wir sind 20 km von der Grenze zur Toskana entfernt, daher eignet sich unser Haus perfekt als Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die Toskana, wie auch nach Umbrien. Con i suoi 10 posti letto è adatta a gruppi di amici, a famiglie numerose o 2 famiglie. La cucina è molto attrezzata, e nella veranda c'è un camino/barbecue ed un forno a legna.
