The apartment is completely self-contained and there are 2 acres of woodland going to a small waterfall that the patio overlook. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
