Peaceful, country setting at Brianza Gardens and Winery. Lovely ranch 2 BR/1 B has all the comforts of home incl. W/D. Enjoy the scenic views and walking trails among the gardens and vineyards. Large GR/DR, eat/n/kit. The "Cottage" is adjacent to the "Bungalow", also listed on this site. The Bungalow is a 1BR, full kitchen apartment. If you need more space please book both properties. Sorry, no pets allowed or parties. Maximum occupancy is six people. $20 fee per person/per day over four people

Rising Star and Belterra Casinos are closeby, and a park/boat ramp on the Ohio is nearby. Rising Sun and Vevay are short drives, and the Arc and Creation Museum are both within 1 hour.

We have a large back yard that is great for family to hang out by fire-pit and enjoy their time away from home. There is large outdoor tv with adirondack chairs and picnic tables for relaxing. Living Room has 75' Tv- both bedrooms have 55' tv's. Large Sectional in Living room and large dining table in kitchen. Coffee bar- Washer & Dryer-Front Porch- Fenced in back yard.

There are no bathrooms upstairs however, there are two bedrooms and each bedroom has a queen size bed and two twins beds built in the wall. Beautiful scenery no matter what side of the house your on. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! (The pool is now closed!)

It has offstreet parking and 1 space in the driveway. It has 5G Wi-Fi . It’s a 13 minute drive from downtown,.The grocery store is about seven minutes away and lots of restaurants in the same area, 25 minute drive from the airport. There is a camera in the hallway.
