It is a 5 minute drive to beaches, cafes, tennis courts, golf club, bowling club, restaurants and bars and a cinema. The garden studio has a queen sized bed and private entrance accessed from the back deck, is attached to the main house, but completely private. Perfect for an overnight stay or a longer holiday.

MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
