Su due livelli con un giardino comune, é attrezzata di una cucina completa, bagno con una doccia generosa, una camera da letto luminosissima con balcone privato, stufa a legna per soggiorni fuori stagione, un divano a letto nella zona living per ospitare al massimo 4 persone. Restaurants erreicht man bequem zu Fuss. Direkt vom Haus führen Spazierwege in die Reben und durch die Hügellandschaft der Langhe. Der eingezäunte Garten mit Pool macht das Haus auch perfekt für Ferien mit Hund – Vierbeiner sind bei uns ausdrücklich willkommen.
