The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. Bolinas Beach Home

One-of-a-kind house that is over the Bolinas Lagoon with 180 degree views of the lagoon, beach, and Mt. Tamalpais. The beach is 250 ft away. House is furnished with high end Restoration Hardware and Design Within Reach furniture. Relax on the deck, watch the tide go in-and-out, and marvel at the seals, birds, and wildlife. There is a canoe, 2 stand-up paddle boards, beach towel, fishing rods, and crab pot available for use. And of course fast WiFi for streaming and video calls.

Studio at Surfers Outlook

Located on the hill in Stinson Beach, this tidy studio is just a short walk down to town and the beach. Filled with the sound of the ocean, and close to the many hiking trails on Mt. Tam, the studio has a full kitchen and bath, and unobstructed panoramic views. 31 day stays have a 10% discount and are exempt from the 14% STR tax. Small dogs are welcome, and discounts on the pet fee will be considered for longer stays.

Our cottage is a haven of tranquility just a few steps from family-friendly Stinson Beach and a 5-minute walk to town. Surrounded by private decks and a fenced yard (hammock, chaise lounges, hot-water outdoor shower, outdoor dining area and a gas BBQ), there are relaxing spots all over the property to chill with a book or hang out with family. Well-behaved dogs allowed! Please be aware of this in case you have allergies.

Luxury and Design- 200 ft or 1 min walk to beach

Enjoy nature & great design in one gorgeous location. We are 200 ft from beach. Rentals usually have 4 nt min stay (except for holidays). High season (Sept thru Mid Oct) has 5 nt min stay with check in days on Fridays (but ask if you want Thurs check-in) . Longer stays possible, just ask. Occasionally, we have a last minute deal (LMD) with shorter stays. Let us know if you want to be added to the LMD list.

Brightly lit and professionally decorated. 5 houses to the beach down the lane, 25 yards from a surfboard rental shop and 300 yards from "downtown" Stinson Beach. Central air and heat. Huge outdoor area with firepit. Walk to everything: the market, restaurants, beach, etc. Hot tub. Dog friendly. No better place!
