Apartment Obala - Apartment 1

This is one of four apartments in my house. The house is situated in the center of little town Bol. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and ten minutes away from the first beach. Our house is typical old autohtonous dalmatian house. It is made of stones and has been completely renovated inside five years ago. It walls are one meter thick, so you don't need an air conditioner even in hot summer days. It is on the ground floor, with a nice terrace in front of the apartment. It has one bedroom ,a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It can take from 1 to 4 people. It is completely equipped, it has a sat TV, wireless internet, all cooking utensils, linen and towels. There is also an outdoor grill which you can use and a parking place if you arrive by car. In the bedroom, there are stone walls like they were in the old house and through the whole ground floor there is a large wooden beam in the ceiling. It was originally a mast on a sailing ship and it took 20 villager to brought it to the house. By staying in our apartments you can really feel the atmosphere of an old dalmatian house. You can even taste original dalmatian homemade beverages. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but very near the center. In Bol, there are lots of beaches, but the most famous is beach Zlatni rat. It is situated outside the village. It is 25 minutes away on foot from my house, but you can go there by car, by taxi-boat or by little tourist train that goes every half an hour. There are also lots of other sights to see, like Branislav Dešković gallery, an old Dominican Monastery, Dragon's cave, desert Blaca and Vidova gora, the highest peek of all dalmatian islands from which you can sometimes see Italy.

We're happy to welcome you to this vacation apartment! Spacious two rooms and a large living room provide more than enough space for fun and relaxation and a cosy and equipped shaded terrace allows outdoor dining, recreation and leisure. The apartment is being refurbished to offer maximum comfort (kitchen, dining&living room). Photos will be posted soon. It's located in the vicinity of the centre, but in a quiet neighbourhood so you'll enjoy easy access to restaurants, beaches and cafes. Enjoy!

It is located on the hill and it takes 3 minutes of walking to get to the house from parking. If you are in need of beautiful nature, breathtaking view and a place to rest your soul, this is for you. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with dining table and sitting area (100m2).

Obiteljska kuća, renovirana. Nalazi se minutu hoda od centra mjesta, uz samo more. Kuća raspolaže vlastitim parkiralištem. Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu kuće, zaseban ulaz u apartman. Površina apartmana je 32 m2 i natkrivena terasa od 15 m2. Pogled na more. 2 ležaja: spavača soba sa bračnim krevetom ( 200x180). Kupaonica sa toaletom i kuhinja sa blagavaonom. DODATNA OPREMA: klima, wi-fi, tv+sat, toster, aparat za kavu,sušilo za kosu, sef.

Apartment Eli

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.

Seagull's nest

Take it easy at this unique getaway by the sea. This little studio apartment is located on the second floor of a family stone house right next to the sea and is a 3-minute walk from the very center of Bol and the port. Seagull's nest is only 4 meters away from the sea, and 20 meters away from the beach, hence the gorgeus view. Nearby are the "Ribarska kućica" and "Martinica" beach, just 5-minute pleasant ealk along the sea.

Villa Bifora

Situated on the top of the Petrovac hill, overlooking a beautiful bay, surroundings and the island of Hvar, Villa Bifora was originally built by the noble family Didolić, with the purpose to serve as a place for the gentry to relax and unwind. It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.

Cliff House Bol

As the name implies The Cliff House is located atop a beautiful cliff on the island of Brač overlooking the Adriatic sea. From the terace you will enjoy the views of the island of Hvar and the nearby 18th century monastery. Eventhough The Cliff House is a walking distance from the old town of Bol you will be completely isolated as there are no other houses nearby, just olive trees, the sea and the sky.
