There are seating and dining areas inside the apartment and on the terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful sea-view.

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

Our house is situated in the very centre of Malinska, hidden from the street, which gives you the privacy. You can park your car free of charge in the frontyard. A big terrace has the sea view. The apartment is only 2 or 3 minutes walk away from the beaches, shops, supermarket and restaurants. If you want to try yourself as a grill master, you have a grill in the backyard, with benches so you can eat outside. If you come with your bycicles, you can store them in our ground floor storage.

Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen . 100 m vom Haus entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Laden, große Einkaufszentren sind ca. 500 m vom Haus entfernt. Parken ist im Hof.

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss mit einer schattigen Terasse, zwei Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und WC. Küche mit Gasherd, Kuhlschrank mir Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Stabmixer. Die Wohnung hat eine Klimaanlage, Grill im Garten und Parkplatz im Hof. Haustiere sind willkommen. Kurtaxe pro Person 1,5€/Tag. Preis im Juni €60,00 pro Nacht, ab Juli bis Ende August €75,00.
