This comfortable fully equipped self contained holiday bungalow has off road parking right outside. Situated in the garden of our home on a private beach estate, this is a perfect place for a seaside break. The private beach and prom is a 3 minute walk and Tesco express a short distance on foot, close by are cafes, several golf courses and our charming flint walled village. Nearby is the sailing club, Goodwood, Chichester, Brighton and renowned Bailiffscourt Spa Hotel.

A brand new apartment with all new appliances that features underfloor heating, blackout blinds and 2 bathrooms (one is ensuite) that is centrally located in historical Chichester and a 5 minute walk from the rail station. Perfect location if visiting the University, theatre or for one of the Goodwood events.

Coombe Cottage in Bognor Regis by the sea.

Coombe Cottage was built in the 1920s of brick and half render construction with a tiled roof. It is a comfortable family home which was extended 10 years ago to add on the self-contained annex which is offered with its own entrance at the rear of the property. The annex accommodation is on the first and second floor with stairs leading up to both floors, therefore making it difficult for wheelchair or disabled access.

A super self contained flat 300 metres from the beach and an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town, train station, cinema and shops. 1 double bedroom and a separate living /dining room. Free parking on the front road , or parking permit disc on table for free non allocated off road parking behind flat. The Garden Lodge.

The lodge, which is in our garden, is in the beautiful village of Oving. Visit the beautiful West Wittering Beach (20 minutes drive) Chichester and Goodwood (10 minutes). It sleeps 4 (1 double and one single in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the living/kitchen space) but best suits 3-4. Groceries can be bought from Sainsbury's, 10 minutes by car.
