Ihre Umgebung: Nur wenige Kilometer von der niederländischen Grenze entfernt liegt Nettetal mit dem Stadtteil Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck und das benachbarte Leuth bilden aus Nettetal einen staatlich anerkannten Erholungsort. Es ist das Herzstück des Internationalen Naturparks Maas-Schwalm-Nette. Es erwartet Sie eine typisch niederrheinische Landschaft mit 12 Seen, 70 km Rad- und 145 km Wanderweg. In liebevoll gepflegten Naturschutzeinrichtungen kann die landschaftstypische, ursprüngliche Flora und Fauna bestaunt werden. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Autobahn 61 ist in ca. 8 km erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Kaldenkirchen ist ca. 7 km entfernt. Von dort aus gelangen Sie direkt über die niederländische Grenze nach Venlo und ebenso in die andere Richtung auf direktem Weg nach Düsseldorf. Ihr Zuhause: Die 1. Etage unseres Einfamilienhauses ist für den Zeitraum Ihres Aufenthaltes Ihre persönliche Wohlfühloase. Seit Sommer 2001 empfangen wir mit Freude unsere Gäste, die von der Familie mit Kindern, über Naturliebhaber bis hin zum Montage-Arbeiter jeden umfassen, den es nach Nettetal und Umgebung zieht. Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet auf ca. 60 m² Platz für bis zu 4 Personen in 2 getrennten Doppelzimmern. Ausstattung: 2 Wohnschlafräume, Wohnküche, Bad/Dusche, Kabel-TV, Radio, Internet/W-LAN, Mikrowelle, Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive, kinderfreundlich, Nichtraucherwohnung, abschließbare Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit, Gartennutzung, Grill, großer kostenfreier Parkplatz gegenüber dem Haus; Familien mit Kindern sind ebenso gern gesehene Gäste wie Ihr Haustier. Gastvrij genieten, dat is ons motto. U bent welkom in onze luxe, zeer complete B&B: 'Tussen Broek en Duin'. Onlangs vernieuwd met airco en nieuwe harde vloeren. Wij maken zeer goed schoon. Bij een boeking vanaf 2 volwassenen heeft u privégebruik van twee kamers met eigen badkamer en apart toilet. Heel kindvriendelijk. Geniet ook van onze tuin. Uitzondering: boekt u voor 1 persoon dan heeft u een privékamer met TV, koelkast, magnetron. Maar heel misschien moet u badkamer en apart toilet delen.

Met een eigen ingang, volledige privacy en een volledig uitgeruste keuken bieden we een warm, huiselijk verblijf. Parkeren kan betaald voor de deur, buiten de ring gratis. Alles wat je nodig hebt, vind je letterlijk in de straat: winkels, restaurants, supermarkt (tegenover het appartement), goede sfeer, gezellige mensen, vermaak en openbaar vervoer. Completely renovated in 2020, the apartment is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With a balcony and a sun-terrace, you will also enjoy beautiful views of the St. Catherine's Church. The bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and the living room features a quality sofa bed, to accommodate up to 4 people. It is an eco-friendly apartment, as sustainable products are being used.

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

In unserer liebevoll hergerichteten Ferienwohnung in unserem aufwändig sanierten Bauernhaus ist genügend Platz für euch! Ob ihr einfach nur mal raus ins Grüne wollt. Ein gemütliches Fahrradwochenende mit Exkurs ins Nachbarland oder Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie. Grillen auf der Obstwiese. Alles kann. Nichts muss! Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss an einer Straße, mit einem Fahrradweg. Man ist von hier aus in ca. 3,5 km in der Gocher Innenstadt.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a completely renovated and well-kept townhouse build in 1921. All privately yours.
