Fully furnished garden level floor holiday resident within a 3 floor family home. Guests will have private entrance to their floor, separated from us who live in floors above (65+ year old couple). 5 minute walk (1 minute drive) to the beach that is only accessible by the families within that community. Free parking available both by the house and the beach. Closed community also offers swimming pool, sports areas (basketball, tennis, fitness).

Experience the traditional Turkish country side combined with all necessities of modern life. The property is located on the edge of a traditional Turkish farmer village and is surrounded by nature, mountains and has a beautiful valley view.
