Ein großer Rasen sowie Boule- und Basketballmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.

Please note that the house is located along a main road, so some traffic noise be heard from passing vehicles.

Wir haben uns viel Mühe mit einer geschmackvollen Einrichtung und Ausstattung gegeben. Das Haus verfügt über einen Schlafbereich und einem wunderschönen Badezimmer. Aus den Fenstern hat man einen Ausblick auf das Meer. Es liegt separiert auf unserem Grundstück, verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ist ganz privat. Die Fahrtzeit zum Strand liegt bei etwa 10 Minuten.
