Beasley Backwater Retreat on Lovely Lake Eufaula

The Beasley Backwater Retreat is located on beautiful Lake Eufaula, between the historic towns of Abbeville and Eufaula. The house, built as a vacation house by my grandparents in 1963, is pretty much vintage, with some more modern conveniences, such as microwave, dishwasher, HVAC, internet access, and a Keurig. Located on a peaceful area of the lake, with a private dock and nice neighbors, it's a great place to get away from town and create fond memories--it certainly has been for us! Enjoy!

Home in Heart of Headland

Quaint cottage located on the grounds of the beautiful and historical Covington Home that was built in 1902. Headland, AL better known as the “Gem of the Wiregrass” was rated one of the safest cities in AL in 2019 and is a designated Main Street community. The cottage is walking distance to the square where you will find soft music playing as you stroll the streets, picturesque oak trees, stylish boutiques and cuisine to fit any taste pallet. It is less than 10 miles to the Dothan Airport.

Pond-front Tiny House

Tired of traffic and overbooked calendars?? You need to escape to this charming, off the grid, country getaway! This cabin sits on 8 acres and is surrounded by farmland where you are certain to spot a deer or other wildlife. Pour a glass of wine and watch the sun set over the pond and warm up next to the firepit where the sky is wide open and you can sees stars for miles! This cabin is perfect for couples, business travelers that need a quiet place to work, and families (with kids).

Relax and unwind at Cottontail Cottage snuggled in the South West Georgia countryside at Fallen Pines Farm and Rabbitry. Sleep tight on a king size bed with a deep, pillow top mattress and squeaky clean 100% cotton sheets. Relax with a coffee in the am or glass of wine in the pm on the porch. We are located 8.5 miles from central Blakely, Georgia and 25 miles from central Dothan, Alabama. Tahoma Plantation, Kolomoki State Park, White Oak Pastures, Still Pine Vineyard are all close by.

Waterfront, Sunset Views, Swim Pool, Fishing Dock

Perfectly situated on the open waters of Lake Eufaula and close to everything, this home offers views of breathtaking sunsets. The sunroom and two decks overlook the main lake, with no-stairs access from the house to the water. Enjoy sunny days at the community pool, cast a line from the community dock, and clean your catch at the fish-cleaning station on the lower deck. Fire up the propane grill and dine outdoors as the sun dips below the Alabama shoreline—lake living at its finest.

Bama Hamilton Cabin

Each of our four one-bedroom cabins is nestled privately in a 32-acre longleaf pine forest. All cabins include a screened-in porch with rocking chairs, perfect for enjoying an early morning or a late evening in fresh air. Our cabins keep a rustic country charm while remaining fully modern with electricity, air conditioning, heat, and other amenities. We are pet friendly, but please be aware that there is a $75 Pet Fee for the first pet, with an additional $25/pet after.

Juju’s Pond House on Smith Pond

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on 100 acres and nestled quietly on a private pond. The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the screen porch swing or one of the docks at the pond. The property has nature trails to explore, fishing, and plenty of wildlife.

A Cool Change

Enjoy Lake Walter F. George (Lake Eufaula) in this 3 bedroom 2 bath family friendly home for the weekend or the week. This home is nestled under an oak tree that provides shade to relax outside to play a game of hoops or enjoy outdoor dining. The covered porch allows beautiful views of the lake at sunrise and sunset. A Cool Change is conveniently located to Sandy Branch where you can enjoy your day swimming, relaxing on the beach and grilling out.

Claire’s Cottage with privacy gate

Everything you need in a quaint, modern space located on 7 secluded acres with a privacy gate only minutes from the Ross Clark Circle and downtown, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with YouTube TV subscription included (over 70 channels), brand new fridge, spacious rooms. Washer and dryer available. We allow pets on a case by case basis and charge a one time $10 fee per pet upon guests arrival. We also offer EV level 2 charging (40 amp) for a flat $10 fee.

So whether you like fishing, swimming, biking, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, or boating, this location gives you easy access to all of the outdoor activities that George T. Bagby State Park and Lake Eufaula have to offer!
