We loved all things SEA…my family built this special Artist Loft Tiny Cottage Retreat. Over the years, family & guests have created beautiful memories here. The Cottage has a large fenced yard, & deck. The inside is an open layout, light and airy. It is very clean and designed with care. The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a full bath & W/D. 1 mile to Main St/1.5 mi. to Beaches.

Within a walk, bike ride or short drive are nature preserves with wooded trails for hiking. The cottage is the perfect distance from the south forks oceans and the north forks farms and vineyards. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and the sofa has a pull out trundle which sleeps two people. Patchogue village is 1 mile away to enjoy exceptional restarants and bars , Davis Park Ferry is close by and you can get to Davis Park in 15 minutes by ferry. Kayaking and Paddleboards are fun on this beach !

Step back in time in this beautifully restored 1770 historic home nestled in the charming town of Setauket, New York. This unique cottage is walking distance to stores and the gem of the community, the Frank Melville Park/Bates House. A five minute drive to Stony Brook University, Setauket Harbor, West Meadow Beach/Old Field Club, Stony Brook Village/Three Village Inn, with historic attractions like the Culper Spy Ring, Avalon Park, and Port Jefferson Village.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

Please note guest maximum is 4. There are no additional guests or visitors allowed.
