This modern, light and airy, well appointed studio apartment has just been renovated. The entire block has just completed a 2 year refurbishment. It has a separate Kitchen and Bathroom. Bathroom has a Bathtub and Shower. The Kitchen has a small bar fridge, a 4 burner induction cook top and electric oven and griller. All crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are included. Electric kettle and toaster included, as well as Iron and small ironing board. Hair Dryer and foldaway drying rack. This is a Studio Apartment (one room) with a Queen size bed . You are within 3 minute walk to the eateries of North Bondi and 5 minutes from the main retail and restaurant strip of Campbell Parade. The apartment block , 50 metres to the sand, is as close to the beach as is possible in Bondi. Located at the North end of the beach where the protected Children's Pools are situated. Hier aufzuwachen ist ein einzigartiges Erlebnis, vor allem, wenn du Wale und Delfine von unserem Balkon aus siehst. Das Viertel ist sehr und sicher. Die Unterkunft ist nur wenige Gehminuten von den Geschäften, Restaurants , Parks, Landschaftsspaziergängen und dem Strand entfernt. Maroubra ist auch ein toller Ort zum Surfen, Trainieren, Genießen des Strandes, Essen und Spaß haben.
