It’s totally separate annexe within the house, with your own entrance, and garden area, off road parking for 2-3 cars, set in an idyllic setting. With lovely walks and many famous towns to visit, including Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Also Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try, there is NO shop in our village, but 7 mins drive is Tysoe or “Sainsbury’s local” in Hanwell Fields. Enjoy Fiona

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

This is a very spacious Grade 2 listed one double bedroom cottage, with exposed beams and Horton stone walls, refurbished to a high standard. Downstairs there is a large sitting room with two comfy sofas and armchair, and a kitchen/dining room. Upstairs is a double bedroom with bathroom en suite. 5 minutes drive from Soho Farmhouse, Wisteria Cottage is a luxurious two-bed cottage set in the tranquil Oxfordshire village of Sandford St Martin. Though centuries old, the cottage has undergone full renovation, completed in April 2022. Car advised or local taxis will need arranging as this is a rural hamlet.
