Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Take a refreshing swim in Narragansett Bay, or head over to Newport, just a 15-minute drive away! This area is perfect for outdoor activities like biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, bird watching, hiking, and swimming. You'll find charming shops and delicious restaurants in nearby Seaside Wickford Village and Narragansett.

Stay in a lovely and comfortable cottage with partial views of the bay. The water is just a short walk away past our neighbor with shared access to the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the float and soak up the sun. You can also explore the Horseneck Beach, wander the trails, taste the local farms and restaurants, and more. If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.

Also, it's just a 10 minute drive to Mystic, wineries, orchards, the shoreline, restaurants, and 5 minutes to Foxwoods casino.

Welcome to A Shore Thing, a retro modern beach cottage. This bright and cheerful escape is perfectly located for exploring the shoreline. Whether you are visiting in the summer for sun, surf and sand or in the quieter off-season, you will find the shoreline is packed with an incredible array of inviting destinations. The cottage is just 3/4 of a mile from the beautiful private sandy beach.

Perfect cottage perched above Fort Pond with epic views and relaxed bohemian vibes. The cottage is private with a private deck on shared grounds with a fire pit, hammocks, paddle boards, kayak, and lake access. The grounds are expertly landscaped and take full advantage of fort pond views. We do live on the property full time and enjoy making our space a safe and clean environment.

Cozy and rustic cottage tucked away on top of a hill with an open floor plan, a large deck, and pond access with a private dock. Close to beaches, restaurants, shops, and nature reserves, the cottage offers a safe and peaceful sanctuary with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, fast internet, a fully stocked kitchen, and a propane heater for chilly nights (but no central heating).
