It can also work as a heating system. KITCHEN --> Cookware, full cutlery and crockery sets, several appliances (Lavazza coffee machine with free capsules, microwave, oven, dish washer, electric burners, fridge, freezer, premium blender, toaster, kitchen scale, squeezer). Olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and other basics are available. LIVING ROOM --> TV, 6 seats dining table, sofa bed (can accomodate one more person), USB speakers, luggage storage BATHROOM --> XL shower, WC, bidet, hair dryer, curling iron BEDROOM --> seaview from the bed, 160X195cm bed with premium bedding sets, big double closet with drawers and hangers, roller shutters. -- > + A WELCOME TREAT ! The flat is entirely available for you. It is ideal for 2 people but can accomodate 1 more on the sofa bed. You can either access the building from the main door which works with a magnetic key or from the private parking (Floor -2). Either me or a co-host will welcome you at the check-in. I am helpful, reliable and precise, exactly as I would like my Airbnb host to be when I travel as a guest. In order to assist you, I have prepared a very detailed House Manual that you will receive by email when you complete your booking. Even though I am not always around, I have arranged some co-hosts who can assist you in case of emergency. However I am available on the phone all the time, 7 days a week. I am cooperative, easy going and willing to satisfy your requests. Just feel free to contact me ! The apartment is in a scenic location facing the Golfe Bleu, a romantic spot of the Cote D'Azur. Go for a picturesque walk along the cliffside trails, spread out on the sunny beaches a short walk away, and experience Monaco's famous sights nearby. The flat location is suitable both for those who like to have a panoramic walk or for those who rather prefer to take the car to explore the area. Principality of Monaco is 4 minutes away by car, while it takes 20 minutes to reach the border on foot. The Nice international airport is 35 mins away by car (34 km). A great transportation option to/from the airport is the Airport Express bus (# 110) which connects both Nice airport terminals to Menton and makes a stop 1 minute walking distance from my flat. The Bus #100 stops 1 minute from the flat (4 Chemins roundabout) and goes from Menton to Nice, passing through Monaco. PARKING --> The garage is a great plus of my flat as parking on the street in this area is quite difficult. It is very easily accessible from the main road and it is connected to the flat through an elevator. Garage size: 4.9m (length) X 2.8m (width) x 1.85m (height).

De plus des arrêts de bus sont accessibles à proximité et la gare se trouve à 7min à pieds desservant en quelques minutes Monaco mais aussi l’Italie, Nice...

La Petite Eze est une maisonnette de 20m² située dans les hauteurs d’Eze bord de Mer. Vous serez séduit par son charme pittoresque. La chambre et la cuisine donnent sur un joli jardin privatif fleuri et sa vue sur mer. En contrebas de la maison, à 10 minutes à pied, se trouve la gare d’Eze très bien desservie, le train vous permettra de découvrir les paysages magnifiques de la région. Vous pouvez également accéder à la maison en voiture, il est très facile de stationner autour de la maison.

The medieval village of Gorbio is located 8km from Menton, 11km from Monaco and Italy and 34km from Nice. The 28m2 apartment was just renovated. Its front door opens onto the Château Lascaris square. Regional sporting activities, 3 restaurants (in spring and summer). Free parking (with a charging station for electric cars) located 350m from the apartment. Please note: the apartment is located at the top of the village which is inaccessible to vehicles (pedestrian access only).

Il cancello del giardino condominile si apre sullo splendido sentiero che costeggia il mare (sentier du Littoral), lungo 5,5 Km, che collega la Plage Mala (15 min), attrezzata con ombrelloni, lettini e bar/ristoranti, a Monaco (25 min)

Charming 3 star apart near Monte Carlo (3rd floor)

Charmant appartement situé à la frontière de Monaco, rénové d'une superficie de 45 mètres carré au ** 3ème étage sans ascenseur ** dans un immeuble paisible. Composé d'une pièce de séjour avec cuisine américaine, un chambre, une salle de bain avec douche, un WC et un balcon. Important!!! Actuellement, à côté un immeuble est en cours de construction. Du bruit est présent dans la journée et peut vous gêner. Je tiens à vous prévenir.
