The Garden Flat, Victorian House

A private flat within a large Victorian house, built 1894 for the Wolverton Works Manager. In walking distance to the station, the train offers stops to CMK and London. Access to the Garden Flat is via the original back lane Trades Entrance. This self-contained flat - once scullery and gardener's rest - now offers a bed-sitting room, separate kitchen-dining, private bathroom, dressing area and laundry room. The flat also provides desk space for work and a patio space which is yours alone.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Newport Pagnell high street and pubs. The house is sold and we are waiting for exchange, it has no frills just very basic kitcen equipment and the bedroom. You will have the entire house to yourself, I am removing furniture slowly so the dining and sitting areas may not be furnished. Upstairs there is a bathroom and downstairs a shower area. Driveway has room for 1 car. Newport is perfect access to M1 and only ten minutes drive to MK shopping centre.
