Annex in centre of Poulton Village.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

Cosy 1 bedroomed guest house with private garden

Situated in the village of Preesall, this cosy self-contained cottage is nestled in the owner’s back garden. Inside is an open plan living and dining area leading into a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It is also close to Blackpool and the Lake District is within an hour’s drive.
