Come enjoy the sounds of nature as you take time to relax and refocus! There is no boat access to the river from the property. There is a fairly steep bank going down to the river, so please be mindful of this with children.

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). We are centrally located in southern Delaware with many attractions within easy driving distance: Rehoboth Beach (35 minutes) Delaware State Fairgrounds (10 minutes) Dover Downs/Firefly (30 minutes) Ocean City, MD (50 minutes) Cape May/Lewes Ferry Terminal (30 minutes) DE Turf Sports Complex (20 minutes)

Within sight of small park with gazebo, coffee shop (old Town hall), 1 block to local pizza shop. Just a short drive to Smyrna where you will find anything else you are needing. Central to the beach, the bay, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Lancaster, and so many small towns along the way. Anything you dont find in Smyrna we have Dover to the south or Middletown to the north.

Equestrian decor flavors this cozy second floor apartment. You will find a brand new walk-in shower, coffee bar, carpet, furniture, freshly-painted walls and fast fios internet. We technically live just outside of the town limits yet are only two miles from Route 1, which gives you quick access to Wilmington and Dover. Ten acres of woods and pastures surround our bucolic property. Our eventual goal is to host traveling nurses and military as we are close to several hospitals and DAFB.
