The property is perfect for families with children. This 250 square meter house was completely renovated in 2012 and 2023 and includes 4 - 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a wine cellar, TV – / playroom (can be used as the 5th bedroom), a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 10 persons and a large living room. All floors apart from the bedrooms at the second floor are heated, further a ventilation and heating plant provides fresh air and ideal temperature. Two tvs and wifi available. This property enjoys a 2000 square meter private garden with an amazing terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and a barbeque. The garden is perfect for children with a lawn, a small play house, swings, trampoline, numerous outdoor toys. Sun all day in the garden. The property is situated in a nice residential area without noise or passing traffic. The local community centre, Nesttun, is only 2 km away; public swimming areas in the sea are available either at Skjoldabukten (2,5 km) or Gamlehaugen (3,3 km). Parking for several cars are available at the property, however if you prefer public transportation the bus stop (not in service 24/7) is only 0,6 km away and the Bergen light-rail (in service 24/7) which will take you to the city centre is 1, 5 km away. Note that all distances are real walking distances, not just linear distances. Bergen has a lot of attractions as for example the 7 mountains surrounding the city which provides easy accessible hiking, the famous Bryggen which is listed on the UNESCO list for World Cultural Heritage sites, the Aquarium etc. Bergen is also the host of the musical happening, Bergen International Festival in May, where many of the concerts are held at Troldhaugen only 10 minutes walk from the property. Further, Bergen is the perfect base for visiting the spectacular fjords north and east of Bergen on daytrips.

The house is situated between the airport and the city centre and can host two (4+4) families, with some extra bed space. Enjoy amenities such as a charcoal and/or gas bbq, evening swims at the lake behind the house with (or without) the kids and park up to three cars by the house.

It is Child-friendly with a large garden where you can find a Jungle gym playground set with swings. A 5 minutes walk takes you to a soccer field and public playground.
