It features an open-plan kitchen with a sofa-bed for two, a WC and shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sunny terrace. From the terrace, there is a partial sea view. Kyseinen tila on ennen toiminut mankelihuoneena, josta kohde on saanut nimensä. Asunnossa on tunnelmaa luomassa viistot katot ja alkuperäistä tiiliseinää. Kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta ja iso oleskelutila keittiöineen tekee tästä sopivan myös isommallekin seurueelle.
