Your own personal ensuite bathroom with shower. Direct access to the garden, and your own private entrance. Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A lovely 3 bed detached house that's only a 12 min drive to the town center . This home has a spacious open plan kitchen and lounge /diner that is the perfect place to relax after exploring the local area.The main bedroom has two single bed . The second bedroom also has two single beds and full access to the main bathroom .Third. bedroom has a single bed . Outside there is delightful garden with patio .

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
