Casa Statiella è vicina al centro città di Acqui Terme ed a solo 500 mt dalla zona termale e dalla sua grande piscina ed è un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le ricchezze enogastronomiche, storiche e naturalistiche dell'Alto Monferrato. In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

Das Äußere ist perfekt gepflegt mit einem neuen Pool mit blauem Nachttuch, das einen besonderen Effekt bietet. Das Haus auf zwei Ebenen hat im Erdgeschoss eine große Küche mit Tisch mit Blick auf die Terrasse und den Pool, Wohnzimmer und Bad. Im ersten Stock 3 Doppelzimmer, mit 2 Bädern en suite. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist Zwischengeschoss.

Nel cuore dell'Alta Langa, patrimonio dell'UNESCO, CASA VITTORIA, situata nel centro di Feisoglio, è un ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni in bicicletta, camminate nel verde e gite enogastronomiche. Disposta su due piani, è composta da cucina living, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno. Interamente in pietra di Langa, la casa si affaccia sul giardino da cui si può godere di un'ottima vista sul Monviso. Posizione ideale per raggiungere Alba patria della fiera del tartufo.

Residenza Della Bollente I

The apartment is located on the main square of the city in Palazzo Scati. Palazzo, founded on the ruins of a Roman amphitheater and pre-existing medieval buildings, belonged since 1614 to the Scati family, recognized as one of the oldest noble families of Acqui Terme. Thanks to careful restoration in 2025, all of the building's authentic elements were preserved. The building was declared a Special Cultural Heritage Site.
