Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

Parking is also available at the roadside above the cottage. Nearby activities: watersports, surfing, fishing, golf, walking.

The hut is ideally located to take full advantage of the fantastic sunsets and stunning countryside views. Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.

Our property consists of two self contained flats, Ortari is on the ground floor. We are Perfectly located and within walking distance to Brandy Cove, Pwll Du and Caswell Bay, as well as being an easy drive or bicycle ride to every part of Gower, the furthest being only a 20 minute drive away, we have no idea how long by bike !! The lovely fishing village of Mumbles is just a 10 minute drive or a short trip on the local bus.
