Our Cottage is secluded in the country near a river, with no other houses nearby, just Wildlife and peace and quiet. A Front porch for relaxing and a newer deck on the back for cooking out or watching the wildlife. The inside has just been completely updated, with a few original antique touches. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a half bath, downstairs a master bedroom with bathroom, open concept living room kitchen area. And Main level laundry area. Ready for a long vacation or a quick getaway.

We are a county and state licensed/certified facility. This unit is located on the first-floor with a spacious bedroom, small pull-out bed couch, full kitchen & living area.The unit has a shared laundry room.This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are strictly not allowed. Located close to the downtown and a quick 4 minute drive to Aspirus hospital and stores. It has a private entrance with door-coded doors. Ground level w/ 3steps to climb at the front porch. Off-street parking is available.

My place is quiet, serene and private, and secluded. Hear the rooster crow or collect your own eggs for your breakfast. Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round. It is an easy drive to the interstate. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). ski Granite Peak. Hike the Ice Age Trail. Close to Q&Z Expo and Pike Lake Wedding Barn

(Must walk up a handful of outdoor stairs) Unique, peaceful, and affordable - Daniel’s Place is 3 blocks from the Riverlife walking path, leading directly to downtown, and 3 miles away from Granite Peak Ski Resort. Daniel’s Place is the perfect spot for weekend ski trips, city biking, trying local restaurants, farmers markets, kayaking, and exploring the city of Wausau. Come make yourself at home 🙂

Minutes from other fishing lakes, snow mobile trails, Ice Age Trail, Eau Claire Dells, golf courses, casinos, and Mountain Bay Trail. 30 min from Granite Peak.
