Located in the heart of Margate's vibrant Old Town, you're just a short walk from the main sands beach, Turner Gallery, vintage shops, art galleries and restaurants, so you can fully immerse yourself in the Margate culture. The flat is in the centre of town which means there is traffic noise and people noise but you have easy access to everything margate offers.

The property boasts central heating, wifi, TV, two bedrooms, master bedroom benefiting from an en-suite toilet, family shower room, open plan lounge/dining and kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, microwave and integrated fridge/freezer. To the side is a private courtyard garden and parking.

A large terraced house on a quiet green square, perfectly located 5 mins walk away from the beach and all Margate attractions. It's a few miles away from Margate and Broadstairs with their stunning beaches and a couple of minutes walk to the high street of Birchington with a vast range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Sunset Sea View Writer’s Retreat

Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat is not suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor.
