Villa Host is est. 2025 by familly Vuletic. We put all our love and tourist expirience in our villa (we are hosts for more then 11 years), and we would like that all our guest fell like home. Villa is situated on 1400 m2 land, consists of 4 bedroms with A/C, 2 bathrooms, large living room, fully equiped kitchen and 2 wardrobe. Outside space consist of large swimingpool with sunbeds, kids playgound (swing, toboggan and trampoline) covered summer kitchen with dinning table, lawn, and lott of trees

Remote holiday home directly by the sea!

Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

Villa Eaglestone -peaceful, isolated, amazing view

Isolated property Villa EagleStone is located on and lonesome place and yet only 5 min drive to the beach and 10 minutes drive to town Makarska with all amenities. The house comprises an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor, whilst the first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (each or them has its own bathroom). The outdoor area has a pool, outdoor solar shower, pergola and dining area, fireplace and has a perfect sea and mountain view. Welcome!

Kuća za odmor 'Villa Didovina' nalazi se u Biokovskom selu 9 km od Zagvozda gdje se nudi gastronomska ponuda , ljetni program kazališnih predstava na otvorenom,market,dnevna bolnica,ljekarna.Posjeduje eko vrt, a vanjski prostor nudi bazen 6.40×4×1.5 m,natkrivenu blagavonicu, prostoriju za druzenje sa (bilijar,pikado,rostilj), dječje aktivnosti i besplatan parking...Mirno okruženje bez buke i gužve sa pogledom na predivnu planinu Biokovo. Kuća je gradena od izvornog kamena na dvije etaze.

Smještaj se nalazi u mirnom dijelu, predgrađe Makarske . Kuk je smješten između malog mjesta Krvavica i grada Makarske. Preporuka je korištenje automobila za do grada, plaže,trgovine.Plaža : 1-1,5km, trgovina : 1,5km-2km, benzinska stanica: 400m, centar grada Makarske cca 3km. Moguće je pješice.

Zalasci sunca s naših južnih terasa izgledaju čarobno, dok sa sjeverne terase pogled pada na planinu Biokovo čije otkrivanje preporučujemo ljubiteljima nedirnute prirode.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

In house is included 3 floors . In ground floor there is dining room and kitchen in one, on first floor there is bedroom with bathroom and on the second floor there is a living room with a bathroom which can also be a bedroom for two people. From the parking place there are stairs to the house. Around house there is a huge great space for relaxation.

Dalmatian house in Upper Podgora. Great for couples, cyclists, hikers, older ones. Pleasant climate and beautiful ambience in lavender, peaceful surroundings. 10 min from the beach. Near the entrance to nature park Biokovo (1 km) and Skywalk. If you want you can go with a car in Podgora, Tučepi or Makarska, you will be there in a 10 min drive.
