Het centraal station is op loopafstand en binnen één minuut sta je tussen de gezellige restaurants, koffietentjes en barretjes. Ook het Groninger Museum en de bioscoop zijn vlakbij. A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Op een unieke locatie nabij het centrum van Emmen bevindt zich appartement “De Uil". Het luxe appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, het is ruim en licht. U beschikt over een privéschuurtje voor uw fietsen. Sinds april 2024 hebben wij een groot balkon waarmee u prachtig uitzicht heeft over de vijver. Eine gemütliche, komfortable Ferienhaus mit einem Stadtgarten für eine oder zwei Personen (5 max.), aber auch sehr geeignet für Gruppen von Freunden und Familie. Kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Bei der Ankunft steht das erste Frühstück bereit. Supermarkt in der Nähe ist am Meeuwerderweg 96-98 (geöffnet bis 22:00 Uhr/Sonntag 20:00 Uhr) Das B&B verfügt über keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Nicht weit und die günstigste Option ist das Parkhaus Oosterpoort – Straßenname ist Trompsingel 23

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!
