Apartment M & L is situated on the 2. floor of family house in Šibenik, 2.8 km from Banj Beach, 9 km from Beach Rezaliste (Brodarica) and 10 km from Amadria Park and National park Krka. Supermarket and bakery are just 500 m from apartment. Air-conditioned apartment has a terrace, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, Coffe Machine), 1 bathroom with a shower and washing/dryer machine.

It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.
