We are nestled in the beautiful California Redwood forest next to the San Lorenzo River. Guests can enjoy our private guest suite with its own entrance and full bathroom. Our property features tall trees, seasonal river swimming on our private beach, fishing, kayaking, and exploring. We are close to downtown Boulder Creek, minutes away from Santa Cruz, wine tasting, hiking, fine dining, and the coastline. We have no hidden fees and even offer a full return of our cleaning fee. House is located next to a State park with direct access to hiking trails. Quiet neighborhood surrounded by open space and view of ocean and hills. Walking distance to beach and downtown. Bylingual (English and German) Owner lives in house and is available via cell phone any time. THERE IS A 2 DAY MINIMUM STAY!!

Miller Suite: Mid Century Modern in the Forest

The Miller Suite was built and finished to complement the 1965 mid-century modern main home that we occupy full time. We share a walkway from the driveway and we access the same outdoor garbage cans, but we share no other circulation. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath, private entry suite is perfect for your next road trip, weekend away, proposal, babymoon, anniversary, or even a romantic place for your quiet elopement. Nestled in the oaks behind a privacy fence, the entire property feels secluded.

The Sleeper: cozy private suite, entrance & bath.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, Dyson heater,fan air filter, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Enjoy this peaceful redwood retreat tucked away in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This small private cottage comes with a private hot tub, outdoor shower, propane fire pit and hammock. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only). Although 4 wheel is needed, THE ROAD IS RURAL, NARROW AND STEEP. Ideal for confident drivers. Permit #211304

Big outdoor area with a private entrance to a cozy, small bedroom/bath, your own large outdoor private enclosed shower & outdoor kitchen area in a garden setting in Aptos, Seacliff area. It is a room with it's own entrance at the back of our house. Hot tub, sauna, fire pit, BBQ, organic garden. 15 min walk to beach thru an open meadow, secluded yet close to everything.

We are located on the EAST side of Highway One. A five minute walk puts your toes in the sand and renew your spirit! :)) **We do have a cat; Apollo can be curious. Primarily, Apollo lives upstairs with us.
