The Bungalow at Brianza Winery

Studio apartment with queen bed, full kitchen, and bathroom with shower. Great for couples or solo travelers you can enjoy the peaceful beautiful grounds and stop by the tasting room for a wine tasting. The tasting room is located about 400 yards from The Bungalow and is open Tuesday thru Sunday. If you need more space, the Cottage at Brianza (located adjacent to the Bungalow) and the Bungalow can be rented together creating a three bedroom rental. All Brianza properties are listed on this site.

If you're looking for marble countertops, this may not be your place. But if you’re seeking quiet, character, and a taste of how things used to be, with a modern twist, welcome to our 1800s-era cabin. Renovated in 2022, the cabin is comfy but you can expect creaky floors, original woodwork, and a few quirks that come with age. The cabin is authentic, and thoughtfully kept. You will have TV, wifi, central heat, air conditioning but expect to hear the water pump run and there is no dishwasher.

You'll enjoy access through the back gate to the local park with a walking path around the lake, perfect for evening strolls!

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.
