Bring dein Boot mit und starte an einer von zwei staatlichen Bootsrampen im Umkreis von 1 Meile vom Camp. Angeln ist rund um diesen Ort großartig, da das Camp an der Mündung des Angelina River liegt. Wenn das Jagdspiel mehr nach deinem Geschmack ist, ist der Angelina National Forest 10 Meilen entfernt. Wenn du in der Stimmung bist, in die Stadt zu gehen, bist du nur wenige Kilometer von tollen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt.

Little Pine Cabin befindet sich auf einem malerischen Gelände am Ufer des Lake Sam Rayburn, aber günstig gelegen, um Lufkin (18 Meilen), Huntington (15 Meilen) und Nacogdoches (20 Meilen) zu besuchen. Die Hütte hat einen schönen Blick auf den See und vollständigen Zugang zu unserer weitläufigen Küste. Bitte beachte, dass dies eine Hütte mit offenem Konzept ist. Es gibt Wände, aber keine Türen.

Ruhiger Kurzurlaub in Osttexas

20 Hektar Entspannung in den Pinienwäldern von Osttexas. Leicht zugänglich aus allen Richtungen. Dies ist kein Ort, um viel Energie auszuüben, es sei denn, du möchtest meine Brennholzspaltabteilung besuchen. (Ich kann ein paar Dollar vom Preis abziehen, wenn du das tust!) Das Haus des Besitzers ist nebenan, Grill, Räucherofen, Feuerstelle und zusätzliche Außendusche. Der Teich ist mit Barsch bestückt. Schöne Wanderwege. Golfwagen ist vor Ort, aber die Verfügbarkeit kann begrenzt sein. Bis bald!

The Loblolly Lodge was built by Frank Taylor as a gathering place for his family around 1940. Remodeled in 2018, it now boasts of all the modern conveniences for a great getaway. With 2400sf of indoor living space & a 640sf covered back porch there is plenty of space for several families. The Lodge is nestled on 11 private wooded acres adjacent to Ratcliff Lake Recreation Area in the Davy Crockett National Forest which offers fishing, swimming, picnicking, and hiking for a small entrance fee.
