The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

This garden guest house apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a getaway, family with kids or a small group of friends. Few steps from the only city centre beach and Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Poreč. There is a free parking for a car in the garden - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are allowed with charge of 8 euros per day that is payable upon arrival.
