House of Zen: Peaceful Modern Cabin on Tryon Farm

The House of Zen is an architect designed home situated in the woods, part of a sustainable farm community on 170 acres. Only an hour drive from Chicago, and close to Indiana Dunes National Park, it is the ultimate escape. The perfect getaway for couples, creatives and nature lovers who want some peace, quiet and space. Explore the farm trails & enjoy the wildlife and soothing sounds. Note: We have a 3 night minimum stay during summer, but open up 2 night stays 1-2 weeks before if possible.

South Shore Studio Apartment {National Park}

I have to warn you definitely not a hook up spot or party house!!! typically rise with rooster on this 5 acre country setting with a small fishing pond. 420 friendly .. Quiet hours are 11 -8 generally some music playing, musicians are welcome !! if you happen to book on a Sunday i host an Open Mic in my Barn every Sunday ..... pretty relaxed. Upon arriving, turn into the driveway, and then right into the yard. Apartment is upstairs, the door is open with the keys inside. ✌️

The White Cottage Home

This cottage home was built less than 5 years ago. The space is modern and open. It’s located less than 10 mins walk to Lake Michigan beach access. Guests can walk a few minutes to enjoy nearby restaurants such as Dune Billies for breakfast and Cool Runnings Jamaican restaurant. There’s a nearby park and a small dune for short hikes. Other nearby attractions include the Washington park and zoo (5-10 min walk), Blue Chip casino (2 min drive), the Indiana Dunes National Park (20 min drive)

Lake Michigan Farm Retreat w/ Yoga Shed & Hot Tub

Luxury farm retreat on 7 wooded acres with hot tub, yoga shed, fire pit, fully fenced yard & pond! This home is a five minute drive to the beach, blueberry picking, Burn 'Em Brewing, Shady Creek Winery, next to Tryon Farm or 10 minute drive to downtown, the casino, and the outlet mall, but our guess is that you won't want to leave the property! This designer home has super comfy beds, 800 thread count sheets, a gourmet coffee bar, screened in porch, and even a tiny library in the laundry room

Luxury lower level with its own living area, tv, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a bar and laundry. Upstairs features an open kitchen/dining room with gas fireplace, separate living room, full bathroom with dual shower heads, a master suite and two bunkbed rooms.

Large windows flood the house with natural light and will make you feel like you're living in the treetops. A perfect getaway!

Luxury amenities include: a large jacuzzi tub, dual shower heads for up to 2 person showers, urinal, a large king size suite with a 65 inch TV, and more! We’re located on 11th St. That means that the South Shore train line runs right in front of our home! It is a no horn zone.
