We split the house so the front door is your private entrance, leading up to… 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a sitting room, a private bathroom with tub and shower and kitchenette. (No stove.) WiFi, A/C, Smart TV, ***off street parking***. Garden in front. Close to the Grove, LA Farmer's Market, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, LACMA, the Academy Museum, Page Museum and Petersen Car Museum.

Original wood-paneled walls and countless potted plants complement the gorgeous mountain views and wildlife that can be seen from the windows and private balcony. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.
