Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

We are a new listing of an upstairs stand alone spacious flat of 1200 sq. ft. on a small farm with country views. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 3 queen size beds with memory foam mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets to sink into. The well appointed upper level kitchen opens to the dining/living area, all with lovely views of the woods, and some seasonal peeks of Crystal Lake. For privacy, there is a bed/bath on each level. Entire lake house with plenty of sleeping space for families. Four bedrooms and seven beds (counting two trundle beds). The house was recently renovated to add a sun room and transform the first floor into an open concept with a spacious kitchen and living room. There are two sets of washer/dryer in the basement to accommodate large groups. Walk across the street to Crystal Lake, wander two blocks to downtown for a meal or hang out back by the creek and listen for frogs by campfire light.
