Bring the whole family to unwind in the hot tub(it has a safety cover for kids) under the stars with fresh pizzas from the pizza oven, or gather around the outdoor braai. Inside, cozy spaces include a fireplace and a spacious entertainment room. An attached flat for two guests has a small kitchenette. Enjoy nearby penguins, Stony Point Nature Reserve, and fantastic surf.

Walking distance to the breath-taking Silversands Beach. 3min drive to the penguin colony. 10min drive to Botanical gardens. 20min drive to Palmiet river swimming and hiking. Thalassa has soul and many happy moments have been spent here in this idyllic haven.

Paradise Beach House

This beautiful wooden house is surrounded by natural fynbos. It has magnificent mountain views and is only 200m from Silversands Beach! It is a very private house close to activities for everyone. Betties Bay has a variety of activities including, penguins, Botanical garden, hiking, surfing and local restaurants. It is also located close to the wine route and Arabella spa and golf course. The roade between Gordon's Bay and Betties Bay is one of the most breath taking roads in the world.

Classic Beach House - Sea views & Spacious comfort

This is the quintessential beach house. Wooden structure, large deck with sea and mountain views and surrounded by fynbos. 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living space that is light and comfortable. The house is well equipped with an indoor wood burning fireplace & electric blankets . There is plenty of cutlery, crockery, glassware & other kitchen essentials including a food processor, French press and a Bialetti espresso coffee maker. There is a Weber Braai.

Recently renovated, this contemporary retreat offers expansive ocean and mountain views that promise pure relaxation. A charming footpath leads directly to Jock’s Bay beach, a stone throw away — a sheltered, family-friendly haven perfect for swimming and relaxing. The hot outdoor shower adds a lovely touch coming back from the sea, and rest easy with inverters keeping the power on.

Welcome in our charming cottage with the sounds of the little river, frogs and the ocean in the background. Betty's Bay is well known for its unspoiled nature, mountain, fynbos, beaches, lakes and gorgeous African (jackass) penguins. The penguins are within walking distance. The famous Harold Porter Botanical gardens is 5 minutes drive away. Betty's Bay has endless hiking, surfing, angling and snorkeling opportunities. A local grocery store is about 700 metres from the house.

Thundering waves

Thundering Waves is a beautifully positioned house, with wonderful views of the mountains on the one side and breaking waves on the other. You will love the new bathrooms and the modern kitchen which flows into lots of living space. A stones throw to the beach on one side and uninterrupted mountain views from the wooden deck and outside braai on the other side, the feel of the house is just 'beachy'. 100 m walk to the beach and a short stroll to beautiful Bass Lake.

Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.
