Herzlich willkommen zu unserem schoenen Studio in Bellevue,Tauranga ,Neuseeland. Wir sind Mitglied bei AirBnB seit 2015 als selbst Reisende und haben erst jetzt unser Haus (Sep.2017) gelisted.Deswegen gab es erst eine Beurteilung. Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse nur 10 Min. von Tauranga City entfernt und 15 Min. vom Mount Maunganui und seinen spektakulaeren Straenden. Ein Fahrad und Spazierweg faengt direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite an.Wir sprechen Deutsch,Englisch,Ital.und Esp.

Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area. While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.

The property is set on the banks of the Wairoa river with its amazing views when Venturing through the gardens and lawns.
