This is our second home for the past 20 years, we are happy to share it with you! We are dog friendly, we consider your dogs people, therefore they count towards the 4 "person" guest total. We have no cleaning fee, as frequent guests elsewhere we think they are a scam on airbnb, therefore, we don't charge one. However, we expect you to clean our home well before check out including vacuuming so that when we do it again, if our next guests have allergies they are likely to do well ! thanks!

Bretton Woods & Cannon are a short drive. Hiking trails, lakes, ski, & snowmobile trails all close by! Close to Littleton, Bethlehem, & Lancaster! Enjoy the landscaped back yard w/ fire pit & screened in patio. Hang inside & enjoy the view from the sunroom, or snuggle up on the couch in the cozy living room with wood stove.

Lounge on the deck with mountain and lake view or hike the trails on our 68 acres to the Gold Mine Trail. With a full kitchen, fine china, new shower, Jacuzzi bathtub, electric fireplaces, and two workspaces, this dog-friendly luxury cottage has it all! Adjacent guest house available for larger groups.

Beautiful Cabin in the Trees

A beautiful open-style loft cabin in the woods of New Hampshire, near Partridge lake. The lake access point is nearby. The cabin is close to I-93, which provides access to White Mountain hiking trails and Littleton town center. Use of grill, fire pit, kayaks, and SUPs included in rental. Please note: 1. There is no TV or wifi. 2. Loft access is via a "ladder," see photos. 3. Pets are welcome, but will be charged a 50 USD cleaning fee. 4. The driveway is fairly steep and icy in winter.

Beautiful summers for easy hikes and refreshing swims in the lakes of our local Groton State Forest, unbelievable foliage to view from small dirt roads, and tons of outdoor winter activities.
