Expérience the quality of life in the Loire Valley. Only 10 minutes north of the city of Tours this historic property nestles in the middle of a site of 15 ha. It includes the 17th century manor house, a historic pigeon coop topping the half-timbered northern gate, a coach house from 1824, the 16th century barn and its farm lovingly converted as a gite to welcome up to 10 people (all single beds) The 300m2 building has been converted and updated so as to bring you all the comfort you can wish, from a large chimney with open fire to a wi-fi internet connection. It can be rented per week or just for the week end. Ground floor : 2 large reception rooms (each 50m2), facing South. Fitted kitchen and laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom with shower room en suite. Direct access to private gardens 1st floor : 4 bedrooms with single beds (90x200) that can be arranged as double beds, separate shower room and toilet. There are numerous activities in the region, depending on your taste you can discover the historic heritage of the Tourraine and Anjou regions, explore beautiful gardens, or try local products and wines, visit wine caves or attend equine events or concerts. For other it might be the zoological parks or aquarium, bike rides or boating on the Loire river. Programmes of these events can be easily provided on request, or by viewing (rajouter le site internet) websites Local market and shops are only 5 km away. Property available for rent on weekly or week end only basis A calendar is available with the main cultural and sports activities in the Val de Loire. Venez découvrir une habitation insolite de 40 m² orientée plein sud, creusée dans la roche, ce qui lui assure une température fraiche l'été et chaude l'hiver. Elle est constituée d'une grande pièce à vivre avec partie cuisine, d'une chambre, d'un espace rangement et d'une salle de bain. Sa situation est idéale pour découvrir la vallée de la Loire et ses châteaux. Située à 5 km de l' A 85 et 10 km de Villandry.

Nous sommes situés au calme dans une impasse. La dépendance où se trouve le studio dispose d'une très grande cour où vous pourrez facilement stationner. Il est possible de ranger vos vélos dans un local fermé. Nous pouvons prêter nos vélos sous réserve de disponibilité. Nous sommes tout près du parcours de la Loire à Vélo le long du Cher. Tous les commerces dans notre village ( 2 boulangeries, épicerie, boucher, charcutier, pharmacie, buraliste, café...) ainsi qu'un marché le samedi matin.
