This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.

Little House Among The Trees

My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 5 dogs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. Welcome to the Lemonita! Our home is tucked away near Old Town, Downtown Albuquerque, and the Sawmill District. The Lemonita was built in 1924 with the orignial adobe brick still intact. The house is one of Albuquerque's oldest adobes built on the block. This sunflower yellow house is full of color and groovy vibes inside.
