Keittiö ja kylpyhuoneet ovat erittäin korkeatasoiset ja näyttävät. Autolla pääsee pihaan ja latauspisteellä lataat sähköauton. Losseja kulkee koko ajan ympäri vuorokauden. Jos se on lomasi tarkoitus lähden kyllä mukaan metsään hakemaan niitä niin näkemisen mahdollisuus nousee. Tai nähdä vanha saaristo kylä. Kurkistus noin 200 vuotta vanhaan maakellariin tai latoon. Lisätilaa saatavissa myös pikku mökki, korvausta vastaan. Lemmikit sallittu erillis sopimuksen mukaan.

Vieraiden käytössä on kesällä 2024 valmistunut Siperian lehtikuusesta rakennettu tilava 80 m2 vapaa-ajan asunto meren rannalla. Voit tutkailla tuulessa huojuvia mäntyjen latvoja isoista näköalaikkunoista ja ihailla auringonlaskua merellä, mikä ajoittain heijastuu myös taideteoksena mökin seinälle . Mökissä on mh, keittiö-oleskelutila, iso makuuparvi, työhuone, sisä-WC ja suihku sekä puusauna. Lähellä ovat palvelut, mm. kauppa ja ravintolat kävelymatkan päässä.
