This cozy 400sqft space is the middle cottage of the 'Art' Studio. It has everything you need to enjoy a weekend get away. Saluda River Farms is an 8 acre farm on the Saluda River. Bring your Kayaks to enjoy a relaxing trip up the river or ride your bike on the beautiful back country roads. We are located 7 miles from DT Greenville and only 20 minutes from nature hikes and quaint little country towns. You can also relax on the farm - we have 3 goats and 8 chickens. Pets are always welcome.

Our Tiny Treasure

A cozy get-away just outside of charming Travelers Rest. Located off Hwy 25. Close to both Furman and North Greenville Universities. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.

Saluda Splash Home

Convenient to explore so many places. Falls Park only 4 miles away and Ashville, NC is about an hour away. Gorgeous mountains so close (Paris mountian 20 min, Table Rock 30 min.) Large, well stocked kitchen. This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.
